This Privacy Policy explains what information TCB Escorts LLC ("TCB Escorts," "we," "us," or "our") collects through tcbescorts.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy covers this website only; it does not cover information we may collect offline (for example, by phone or email) as part of providing escort services.

Plain-language summary: we do not have user accounts, we do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this Site. We collect what you type into our forms. 1. Information We Collect

a. Information you submit directly

When you use the Quote Request form on our Contact page, we collect the information you enter, which may include: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery locations, load details (dimensions, weight, escort positions needed), preferred date, and any message you include.

When you use the Driver Application form on our Careers page, we collect the information you enter, which may include: your name, phone number, email address, states you are certified in, years of experience, escort positions you are certified for, and any additional details you provide.

We do not currently ask for or knowingly collect government ID numbers, payment card numbers, or other sensitive financial information through these forms.

b. Information collected automatically

Google Analytics (only if you accept). When you click Accept on the cookie banner, the Site loads Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-G45DSEGPS2), a service provided by Google. Google Analytics data is kept according to the data retention setting in our Google Analytics account. It sets cookies whose names begin with _ga and collects information such as the pages you view, approximate location derived from your IP address, device, browser and operating system, how you arrived at the Site, and interactions such as clicks on our phone, text and email links and successful form submissions. We do not send the contents of your form submissions or messages to Google Analytics. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization features. If you click Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

The Site also uses browser local storage (not a cookie) to remember your language preference (English/Spanish) and your analytics choice. These stay on your device and are not transmitted to us.

Some pages embed a Google Map and load Google-hosted fonts. Loading these resources causes your browser to make a direct request to Google, which may involve Google receiving your IP address and setting its own cookies under Google's privacy practices. Our web host / hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability purposes, consistent with typical web server and CDN operation.

c. Text messages and phone calls

Links on the Site labeled "Text Us" or "Request Insurance & Credentials" open your device's messaging app with a short message already typed and our dispatch number filled in. Nothing is sent until you press Send yourself. If you do send it, we receive your phone number and the content of your message through your carrier's messaging service, and we use it to reply. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Calling our dispatch or office number likewise shares your phone number with us.

d. Information we do not collect

This Site has no user accounts, no login system, and no online payment processing. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and the Site is not directed at children.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information submitted through our forms to:

Our Quote Request and Driver Application forms are submitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our business email inbox. The service keeps submission records for 30 days. Web3Forms acts as our data processor for this limited purpose. We recommend reviewing Web3Forms' own privacy documentation if you would like details on how it transmits form data.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information you submit with:

- Service providers who help us operate the Site or process form submissions (currently, Web3Forms, and Google for Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies);
- Carriers, brokers, or partners directly involved in fulfilling a specific escort request you asked us to coordinate;
- Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties where required by law, to protect safety, or to defend our legal rights;
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

5. Data Retention

Our retention period for quote requests and driver applications is 30 days. After that, we delete them.

6. Third-Party Services Used on This Site

The Site uses the following third-party services, each of which operates under its own privacy policy:

Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com): used to load the Site's typefaces. Loading a font involves a direct request from your browser to Google.
Google Maps (maps.google.com): embedded on the Home and Contact pages to show our Jackson, MS location.
Web3Forms (web3forms.com): processes and delivers our Quote Request and Driver Application form submissions.
Instagram: the Site links to our Instagram profile; clicking it takes you to instagram.com, which is governed by Meta's own privacy policy. We do not embed Instagram content directly on the Site.

Google Analytics (analytics.google.com / googletagmanager.com): loaded only if you click Accept on the cookie banner, to measure how the Site is used. See Google's privacy policy for how Google handles this data.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this Policy and our Cookie Policy first.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Because the Site has no account system, most privacy choices are exercised by contacting us directly. You may ask us to:

- Tell you what information we have submitted by you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete information you previously submitted, subject to legitimate business, safety, insurance, or legal recordkeeping needs;
- Stop contacting you about a request you submitted.

We do not respond to the older "Do Not Track" browser setting. We do treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a decision to decline Google Analytics.
