Important: this website does not process payments or take bookings automatically. This page explains, in general terms, how requesting, confirming, and canceling escort services with TCB Escorts LLC actually works, since visitors sometimes look for a "refund policy" before booking. For the specific price and schedule of your job, refer to the confirmation your dispatcher gives you directly.

1. Requesting a Quote

Submitting the Quote Request form on our Contact page is a request for pricing and availability, not a booking. No payment is collected through this Site at any point in that process.

2. How a Booking Is Confirmed

A booking is confirmed only after our dispatch team has spoken with you (by phone, email, or text) and you have agreed on the escort positions, schedule, route, and price.

3. Deposit

No deposit is required to book escort services with TCB Escorts LLC.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service, or under Net 15 terms (payment due within 15 days), as agreed with you at the time of booking. Payment is arranged directly with our dispatch/billing team and is not collected through this website.

Late payment. A late charge of 30% applies when a payment is 15 days overdue, subject to applicable law and the payment terms agreed with you.

5. Cancellations

Notice required. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Please cancel by phone or email so dispatch has a record of the request.

No-show / dispatch cancellation fee. A $250 fee applies if the customer cancels after the driver has already arrived at the designated pickup location.

If TCB Escorts LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed escort (for example, due to driver or equipment unavailability), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and work with you to reschedule or arrange coverage through our network.

6. Refunds

Because no deposit is collected and payment is arranged directly with TCB Escorts LLC outside of this website, refund questions are handled case-by-case with our billing team.

These terms apply to services booked with TCB Escorts LLC unless a different written agreement signed with you says otherwise.

7. Driver Network Applications

There is no fee to submit a Driver Application through this Site, and therefore nothing to refund in connection with an application. Acceptance into the network, and the terms of any subsequent work, are addressed separately and are not governed by this page.
